About

Housed in a former grocery store, the truth and beauty gallery occupies a 1905 heritage-designated building in Vancouver’s Douglas Park neighborhood. Blessed with natural light, high ceilings and the original turn-of-the-century plywood floors, the space is a warm and welcoming environment for visitors.

The truth and beauty gallery is devoted exclusively to the exhibition and promotion of fine art photography. Its mission is to create a photographer’s collective and to be a resource for buyers to access fine photographic art.

The gallery is a novel space with a unique purpose. It offers photographers an opportunity to exhibit their work in a genuine gallery setting, and while each artist is self-represented, their exhibitions are curated by Peppa Martin, the gallery owner.

In addition to exhibitions, the gallery hosts lectures and parties. For regular updates on what’s new and happening, please refer to our ‘News & Events’ section or go to twitter.com/4truthandbeauty.
